Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kidd Makunochi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Callum Welsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Welsh closes the distance looking to clinch
and Makunochi counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Welsh!
Makunochi scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Welsh to see if he's OK.
Welsh takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Welsh is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Makunochi's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Welsh is looking for a sweep. Makunochi is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Makunochi is taking a breather. Welsh says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kidd Makunochi will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Kidd Makunochi.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Makunochi, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
