Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johnson gets the takedown into side control.
Armstrong struggling a bit here.
Armstrong sneaks back into half guard.
Johnson thows a huge punch but Armstrong dodges it nicely.

Johnson is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Johnson slips a nice elbow through Armstrong's hands, connecting with Armstrong's forehead.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Armstrong is trying to control but can't.
Armstrong is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
Johnson prevents Armstrong from improving his position.
Armstrong on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

Johnson is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Johnson stands up and beckons Armstrong to join him on the feet.

Johnson closes the distance looking for a takedown. Armstrong stuffs it but Johnson still has hold of him. Johnson picks Armstrong up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Johnson slams Armstrong to the floor and that's really hurt Armstrong - he doesn't know where he is! Johnson throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!
