The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Shaffer tries to clinch but fails miserably

Shaffer wants to stand back up but Ortega manages to pass into side control.

Ortega cracks Shaffer with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Ortega immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Shaffer is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Ortega!
