Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rami Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryu Musashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harris comes to the cage accompanied by Jedi Theme Music. The crowd seem to be enjoying Musashi's choice of entrance music: Sword of the Stranger - Mukoh Hadan. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris scores with a decent looking hook.
Musashi throws a body punch but Harris moves out of range.
Harris takes a swing at Musashi's ribcage but misses.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Musashi! But no joy.
We've been hearing reports that Harris has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Harris bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Musashi's head backwards.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Harris connects with a good right hand that stumbles Musashi. Musashi circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Musashi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Harris was well out of range. Poor timing from Musashi.
As Musashi backs away, Harris returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

As Harris backs off Musashi throws a huge counter combo but Harris manages to avoid it all.

Musashi feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Harris's calf.
Harris scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Musashi throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Harris on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Musashi is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Oh Harris is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Musashi cracks Harris with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Harris falls to his knees and Musashi doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ryu Musashi!
Ryu Musashi was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
The defeated Rami Harris had this to say: 'May the force be with you!'.
