Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Punani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Chick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Harry Punani has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Harry Punani seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chick looks to land a body kick but Punani moved away.
Chick connects with an inside leg kick.
Chick cracks Punani with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Chick crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Punani - the referee stops the clock and Chick gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Punani. Chick manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Punani connects with a leg kick. Chick looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Punani walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Punani uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Chick has time to react.
Chick comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Chick feints and then cracks Punani's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Punani down.
Chick will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
