The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karasev scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Karasev's corner calls for a 1-2. Karasev obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Karasev scores with a decent looking hook.
Karasev jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
It looks like Ogre Treestump has been cut.
Treestump on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Treestump ducks right into an uppercut from Karasev.
Karasev drops Treestump with a beautiful combination! Treestump stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Karasev is looking for the KO!
Treestump is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Treestump walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Treestump limp body while Karasev jumps on to the ropes and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Alexey Karasev!
Alexey Karasev decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
Ogre Treestump spoke after the fight, saying 'Oh hell'.
