The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Kavanagh and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Polzin swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Lowery counters by clinching up.
Polzin keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Lowery's efforts to push away.
Polzin has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Lowery regains guard immediately.
Lowery is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Polzin dives into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Polzin in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Lowery is tapping! That's the end of the fight!

Matvei Polzin tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
