Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 18 - 0, fighting out of London, Anderson Silfa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Graham Van Leakenstien!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Andrew Berry and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Van Leakenstien closes the distance and clinches.
Silfa is trying to stall.
Van Leakenstien gets underhooks to prevent Silfa's takedown attempt.
Van Leakenstien lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Silfa backwards.


Anderson Silfa's cut is getting worse.

Van Leakenstien breaks from the clinch.

Van Leakenstien fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Silfa, pushing him back against the cage.

Van Leakenstien escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Silfa is trying to drag Van Leakenstien to the mat but Van Leakenstien just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Van Leakenstien working some nice short punches in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Silfa tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Van Leakenstien just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anderson Silfa. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Van Leakenstien breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

and Silfa counters with a right hand to the body.

Silfa gets tackled into the cage by Van Leakenstien. Van Leakenstien maintains the clinch.

Van Leakenstien manages to break the clinch.

Van Leakenstien closes the distance and clinches.
Van Leakenstien lands a shoulder strike.

Silfa has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Van Leakenstien uses from the top position.

Van Leakenstien decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Silfa, up you get!

Silfa breaks the clinch.
Silfa shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Van Leakenstien as he avoids it easily.
Van Leakenstien lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

and Silfa counters with a head kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Van Leakenstien has Silfa up against the cage in a clinch.

Van Leakenstien gets control of Silfa's arms and successfully pulls guard. Van Leakenstien will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Van Leakenstien chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Silfa can pounce on him.

Anderson Silfa's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Still in the clinch, Van Leakenstien scores with a nice short uppercut.

Silfa's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Van Leakenstien gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Van Leakenstien escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Van Leakenstien closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Van Leakenstien makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Silfa throws an elbow but it misses.

Van Leakenstien pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Van Leakenstien throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Silfa stumbling backwards into the cage! Silfa bounces back off the cage towards Van Leakenstien, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Van Leakenstien lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Van Leakenstien celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Graham Van Leakenstien!
