The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Chambers did well to prevent Parker getting side control.
Parker wants to stand but Chambers has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chambers wants to control but Parker is keeping busy.
Parker tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Parker lands a big uppercut and Chambers crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Chambers looks OK. Parker waves Chambers back to his feet!
Chambers is rocked!
It looks like Jason Chambers has been cut.
Chambers is holding his hands too far apart here. Parker throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Chambers is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!

In his post fight interview, Corey Parker started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
