Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Frankie McGee IV!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, John Mangel and Hugh Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for McGee IV, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Letville avoids a punch combination nicely.
McGee IV misses with a series of wild punches.
McGee IV throws a right and a left that Letville avoids nicely.
McGee IV misses with an uppercut. Letville saw that one coming.
Frankie McGee IV seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McGee IV throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Letville.
Letville blocks a jab.
No joy there for McGee IV, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Letville scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
McGee IV moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Letville throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.

McGee IV is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
I really don't envy McGee IV right now.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
McGee IV has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
McGee IV tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

Letville is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but McGee IV has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

McGee IV trying to control the action but Letville just sinks the hooks in.
McGee IV has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Letville.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
McGee IV connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
McGee IV misses with a wild combination.
Letville avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
McGee IV rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Letville moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Letville shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Letville was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
McGee IV is in a horrible position here. Letville smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
McGee IV working to try and regain half guard.
Letville cracks McGee IV with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sam Letville dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


McGee IV swinging wilding here.
McGee IV connects with a jab.
Letville shoots in looking for a takedown. McGee IV tries to sprawl out of it but Letville keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McGee IV manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
McGee IV feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Letville crashing to the mat! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Frankie McGee IV!
