The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flores goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Flores misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Flores fails to land the takedown.

Steiner shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Flores wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Steiner manages to pass to side control.

Flores controlling the position for now.
Steiner landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

Steiner stalling.
Steiner is trying to control. Flores wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Flores tries to roll over but Steiner keeps him under control.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Steiner connects with a nice short shot to Flores's temple.
Steiner is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Steiner is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Flores sees it coming and defends easily.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Steiner seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Flores is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
