And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Winston Alpacca and Sandra Marshall.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
John paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Krupok misses with a wild combination.
John throws a push kick but Krupok slaps the foot to one side.

John closes the distance and clinches.
Krupok avoiding damage as John throws knees to the body.

John breaks from the clinch.
Krupok throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent John stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Krupok looks to land a combination but John avoids it well.
Krupok's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Krupok duly obliges.
Krupok tries to clinch up but John circles away and keeps his distance.

John shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
John trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
John advances to half guard.
John throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
John thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
John missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Krupok avoiding damage under a succession of punches from John.

That's one minute gone in the round.
John wants to control but Krupok is keeping him busy.
John drops an elbow to the side of Krupok's head.
John is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
John wants to take a breather but Krupok is having none of it.
John sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Krupok defending well though.
John is trying to control. Krupok wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
John lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

John throwing shots but Krupok is blocking nicely.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

John clinches with his opponent.
John tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Krupok just stands there and leans against the cage.
John misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Krupok.
Krupok misses with a hook from the clinch.

John breaks the clinch.
John digs a good hook to Krupok's body.
Krupok is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Krupok shuts the power down on John. Lights out, game over! Krupok is your winner.
