And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hatton has managed to clinch.

Hatton breaks from the clinch.
Hatton has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Hatton there as he acknowledges the shot.
Daniels on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Daniels circles away from the clinch attempt.
Some wild striking there from Daniels.
Daniels scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Hatton misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Hatton moves into the clinch.
A right hook to the body lands for Hatton.
Hatton lands with a light punch inside.
Hatton working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Hatton lands with a left to the head.

Hatton throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Hatton lands with a short shot to the head.
Hatton lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Daniels looks gassed!

Hatton's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Daniels misses with a double jab
and Hatton counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Daniels throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Hatton counters with a thumping low kick.

Hatton moves into the clinch.
Hatton prevents Daniels from breaking the clinch.
Daniels wants to break the clinch but can't.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Hatton breaks the clinch.
Hatton connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Daniels's hands.
Daniels takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Daniels is rocked!

It looks like David Daniels has been cut.
Hatton connects with a stiff jab that staggers Daniels - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
