Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Malakin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Loki Wojtk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wojtk comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Thunderstruck, ACDC kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wojtk avoids the body shot from Malakin.

Wojtk bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Wojtk cracks Malakin with a big elbow.
Wojtk scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Malakin to see if he's OK.

It looks like Mike Malakin has been cut.

Wojtk is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Malakin has escaped the position, nice work there.
Malakin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wojtk on the ground.
Wojtk happy to just control the position for now.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Malakin gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
