Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ami Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaxson Rowling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rowling looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Young is fending him off so far but Rowling persists. Nope, Young circles away and we're back to standing.
Young throws a lazy head kick
and Rowling counters with a series of strikes. Young will be more careful next time no doubt.
Rowling dives in and grabs Young's left leg, looking for a takedown. Young pushes down on Rowling's head and hops out.

Rowling avoids the body shot from Young.

Ami Young has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jaxson Rowling.
Young tried to score with a low kick but Rowling checks it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A bone on bone clash there as Young blocks the leg kick.

Rowling clinches up with Young and pushes him back against the cage.

Rowling escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Young misses with a head kick.

Young lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Young breaks from Rowling's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Rowling has given up his back. Will we see Young going for some submissions?

Rowling is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Young off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.

Young is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Rowling won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Young off his unconscious opponent!

A very excited looking Ami Young rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
