Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fernando Padilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Demetrius Tormentor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tormentor has chosen This is Gonna Hurt as his entrance music. Demetrius Tormentor is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tormentor working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Padilla doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Padilla manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Tormentor looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Padilla is fending him off so far but Tormentor persists. Nope, Padilla circles away and we're back to standing.
It looked like Padilla was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Padilla jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tormentor walks away with a smile on his face. Padilla gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
