Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shelton Weber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hinrik Leifsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leifsson has chosen Led Zeppelin - Immigrant Song as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leifsson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Weber paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Weber keeps the fight on the outside.
Leifsson tries a head kick but it misses.

Leifsson takes the fight into the clinch.
Weber swings wildly with an uppercut but Leifsson uses good head movement to avoid it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Leifsson is looking to stand up but Weber isn't so interested in that idea.
Weber might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Weber tries to free his leg and advance position but Leifsson is retaining full guard.

Leifsson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Leifsson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Well Leifsson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
