Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rowan Blackadder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and I Am Champion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I Am Champion will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blackadder tries to bum rush Champion with a series of wild strikes but Champion uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Champion has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Blackadder is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Blackadder throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Champion.
Champion tries to counter with a clinch but Blackadder shakes him off and moves away.

Champion closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Blackadder tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Blackadder swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Champion throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Blackadders head.

Champion clinches up with Blackadder and pushes him back against the cage.

Champion breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Blackadder scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

That was a close round but I would say that Rowan Blackadder will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

It looked like Blackadder was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
