The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Van Der Sleen looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Van Der Sleen pushes Clarke up against the cage in a clinch.
Clarke tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Van Der Sleen dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Clarke misses with a punch to the body.
A frustrated look appears on Van Der Sleen's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Van Der Sleen wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Clarke has him pressed against the cage.

Van Der Sleen escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Van Der Sleen lands a left and a right that send Clarke crashing to the mat, dazed. Van Der Sleen thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Clarke is rocked!

It looks like Renaldo Clarke has been cut.
Van Der Sleen connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Clarke to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Van Der Sleen!
