Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tarton McFukur!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Johnny Blaze!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blaze connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.


It looks like Tarton McFukur has been cut.
McFukur tries to bum rush Blaze with a series of wild strikes but Blaze uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Blaze swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Blaze ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
McFukur moves away from the strike by Blaze.
Blaze looks to throw the jab but McFukur is out of range.
McFukur with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Blaze to score with a decent uppercut.
Blaze misses with a looping left.

McFukur scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Blaze is defending against the submission attempts here by McFukur.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

McFukur seems to be working for a kimura but Blaze defends the submission attempt.
Blaze tries to get to full guard but McFukur has control of the leg.

Blaze looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Blaze is looking for a sweep. McFukur is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
McFukur with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.

Blaze looking for submissions off his back.
Blaze wants to get back to full guard.
McFukur missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Blaze has a hand on McFukur's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. McFukur takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Blaze blocking the ground and pound.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
McFukur throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Blaze wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Blaze looks winded!
I would not like to be Blaze right now.

McFukur working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
McFukur looking to break Blaze's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Blaze remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise McFukur will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
This has been an exciting period of action!
McFukur has good solid back control here.

Blaze is trying to defend against the choke here but McFukur has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. McFukur Tightens the hold and Blaze taps out furiously! McFukur displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
