Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cliff Burton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Galvertron Tron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cliff Burton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Galvertron Tron!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Steve Erwin and Donatello Bradman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burton throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tron's waist but Tron gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Burton off to one side.

Tron gets the takedown into side control.
Tron happy to just control the position for now.
Burton could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Burton can't do much from the bottom here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Burton is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Burton wants to control but Tron postures up.
Burton is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Tron is controlling him well.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Burton has hold of Tron's hands but Tron slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Tron drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tron jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Burton is trying to maintain the position but Tron is very close to passing his half guard.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Burton wants to hold on but Tron pushes him away.

Galvertron Tron dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Tron fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Burton to the ground. Tron is now in Burton's guard.
Burton is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Tron. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Tron stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Burton swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Tron stuffs the takedown attempt from Burton. Burton gets slowly back to his feet.

Tron drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Burton seems a little lost for a moment, as Tron dominates the positioning.
Burton is not content to let Tron control the position.
Burton is looking for a sweep.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Tron decides to stand back up. Tron steps back and let's Burton get back to his feet.

Burton gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Tron counters with a stiff right hand.
A head kick misses from Burton.

Tron closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Burton to the mat! Burton manages to get full guard.
Burton is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Tron slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Tron is continuing to stall.
Galvertron Tron has got the better of the ground game so far.

Tron slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Tron content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Burton is not content to let Tron control the position.
You can see the frustration on Burton's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Burton tries to bench press Tron off him but Tron keeps the position.
Burton wants to control but Tron postures up.

Galvertron Tron showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Well Tron has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
