and Abarunga counters with a body kick that stops Jackson Jr in his tracks momentarily.
Abarunga closes the distance and clinches.
Jackson Jr is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Jackson Jr lands a takedown into guard.
Abarunga is looking for a triangle here but Jackson Jr uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jackson Jr looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jackson Jr misses with the ground and pound.

Jackson Jr is working to tighten his grip on Abarunga's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Abarunga has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Jackson Jr is really squeezing tight and eventually Abarunga passes out! Jackson Jr breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
