Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pavlo Boyko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Stevanikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ivan Stevanikov looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Pavlo Boyko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Ivan Stevanikov!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Chris Edwards and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boyko displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Stevanikov.
Stevanikov lands with a kick to the ribs.

Boyko shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Stevanikov dives in and grabs Boyko's left leg, looking for a takedown. Boyko pushes down on Stevanikov's head and hops out.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Stevanikov is looking to regain half guard here but Boyko keeps moving and retains side control.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Boyko shoots for a double leg takedown but Stevanikov sprawls well. He's pushed Boyko's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Boyko tries for a takedown but Stevanikov sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pavlo Boyko. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Stevanikov shoots in looking for a takedown but Boyko manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Stevanikov's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Boyko swings around for an armbar but Stevanikov sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Boyko's guard.

Pavlo Boyko showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Boyko, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
