The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Faction misses with a series of wild punches.
Azhiev feinted with a counter takedown.

Faction has taken the fight to the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Faction's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Faction wants to break the clinch but can't.
Faction wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Azhiev has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Faction uses from the top position.

Faction stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Faction has taken the fight to the clinch.
Azhiev tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Faction just stands there and leans against the cage.

Faction gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Faction wants to stand but Azhiev has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Faction really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Azhiev. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Azhiev has his feet on Faction's thighs here. He's pushed Faction off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Faction screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
