Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Robb Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikolay Nechvidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nikolay Nechvidov will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Robb Wolf!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Nikolay Nechvidov!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Ivan Kurochkin and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolf has closed the distance and engaged Nechvidov in a clinch.
Wolf is trying to trip Nechvidov. He has hold of a leg but Nechvidov is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Wolf persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Wolf knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nechvidov on the ground.
Nechvidov manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Wolf manages to get himself to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nechvidov wants to get up but he can't break Wolf's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Wolf is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Nechvidov is controlling him.

Wolf has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Nechvidov can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Wolf is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Wolf might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Nechvidov takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Wolf pushes Nechvidov off and gets back to his feet.
Wolf doesn't manage to clinch there - Nechvidov circles away.

Wolf is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Wolf makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Wolf stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nechvidov swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Nechvidov is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Wolf defends well.

Wolf gets to his feet - Nechvidov follows without any prompting.

Nechvidov tightens his grip and picks Wolf up, before dumping him to the ground. Wolf manages to land in guard.

Nechvidov is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Wolf is trying to control but Nechvidov manages to pass to mount!
Nechvidov avoids the attempt from Wolf to control.

A close round but Nikolay Nechvidov will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Nechvidov shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Wolf sprawls well. Wolf wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Nechvidov gets slowly back to his feet.
Nechvidov gets caught napping as Wolf dives in and scores a takedown. Nechvidov manages to retain guard.
Nechvidov bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Wolf's guard.
Nechvidov chips away with some ground and pound.
Wolf has control of Nechvidov's left arm, preventing Nechvidov from doing any damage.

Nechvidov pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Nechvidov takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Wolf is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Wolf is looking to improve his position but Nechvidov isn't that keen on the idea.
Nechvidov is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Wolf is surviving well by controlling Nechvidov's body position as best he can.
