The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Georgeborough takes the fight into the clinch.

Georgeborough drags the fight down to the ground.
Beam postures up in Georgeborough's guard and throws a big left but Georgeborough blocks it.

Beam stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Georgeborough changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Beam tries to avoid it but Georgeborough manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Beam to the ground. Beam escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Georgeborough closes this distance looking for a takedown but Beam circles away.
Beam tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Georgeborough gets a clinch.
Beam tries to throw a body punch but Georgeborough avoids it by throwing Beam back against the cage.
Beam wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Beam tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Georgeborough's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Georgeborough staying out of range there.
Beam throws a hook but Georgeborough blocks it.
Georgeborough tries to close the distance and clinch but Beam swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Beam looks to throw the jab but Georgeborough is out of range.
Georgeborough fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Scott Beam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Thomas Georgeborough.
Beam cracks Georgeborough with an open hand slap.

It looks like Thomas Georgeborough has been cut.
Beam dances in with a quick combination. Georgeborough is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Beam snaps Georgeborough's head back. Georgeborough stumbles backwards against the cage. Beam steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Georgeborough's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Georgeborough just didn't come prepared.
