Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Willy Boggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Vardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Jonathan Paton and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boggs lands a glancing blow to the side of Vardy's head.
Vardy misses with a takedown attempt
and Boggs counters with a nice uppercut.
Vardy drops his hands momentarily and Boggs takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Boggs takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Vardy feints and as Boggs raises his hands in defense, Vardy changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Boggs avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Vardy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Boggs swivels though and keeps the full guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Vardy is on top in guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
