Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Gus Nostradamus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerzy Gajdek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nostradamus has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gajdek misses with a takedown attempt
and Nostradamus counters with a right hand to the body.
Gajdek fails with the takedown

Gajdek gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Nostradamus cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Gus Nostradamus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jerzy Gajdek.

Gajdek fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Nostradamus to the ground. Gajdek is now in Nostradamus's guard.
Gajdek pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Nostradamus is keeping the position for now.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nostradamus being controlled here, momentarily.
Gajdek tries to free his leg and advance position but Nostradamus is retaining full guard.
Nostradamus knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gajdek on the ground.

Gajdek works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Nostradamus on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Nostradamus tries to get out of the position.

Gajdek has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Nostradamus defend it? Gajdek steps over the head and cranks it - Nostradamus is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Gajdek!
