Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Temel Dilli and Chris Griffin. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 12 wins and 4 losses; Temel Dilli! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Chris Griffin!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Tiny Johnson.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Griffin gets tackled into the cage by Dilli. Dilli maintains the clinch.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Griffin has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Dilli has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Griffin is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Dilli changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Griffin fights it off and pushes away nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dilli is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Griffin doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Dilli.

Dilli is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Griffin defends it well.

Griffin is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Dilli's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Dilli's back!

Griffin has got one arm under Dilli's chin. This could be trouble... Dilli trying to control the other hand but Griffin gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Dilli has tapped out! The fight is over!

After the fight, Chris Griffin was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
