Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Yas Uru and Nuriel Leonard. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Tokyo, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Yas Uru! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Nuriel Leonard!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Sosuke Kotani.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Leonard.

Leonard moves into the clinch.
Uru has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Leonard after a bit of a struggle.
Leonard tries to score a body lock takedown but Uru shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Uru has Leonard pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Leonard manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Leonard stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Uru swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Uru seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Leonard for as long as he can get away with.
