Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Vatali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leroy Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown has chosen Everyday I'm Hustlin as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Leroy Brown!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Eddie Farnsworth and Joseph Jones.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vatali stuffs the takedown.
A nice inside leg kick there by Vatali. That's going to slow Brown down.
Brown throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Vatali's waist but Vatali gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Brown off to one side.
Brown takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Vatali has managed to clinch.
Brown can't get the takedown.
Joe Vatali has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leroy Brown.
Brown tries to score a body lock takedown but Vatali shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Brown looks gassed!
Vatali gets underhooks to prevent Brown's takedown attempt.
Vatali crunches a lovely knee into Brown's ribcage.

Vatali breaks from the clinch.
Brown throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Vatali's waist but Vatali gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Brown off to one side.

Vatali closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Brown really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vatali. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Vatali cracks Brown with a big right hand but Brown just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

It looks like Leroy Brown has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Brown tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Vatali wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Vatali scores with punches from side control.

That has opened up Leroy Brown's cut even more.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
A big shot lands for Vatali! That's hurt Brown! Will he recover? Vatali fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
