Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Derrick Cervantes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scotty Junk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Donatello Bradman and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cervantes goes for a double leg but Junk avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Junk continues to drive forward.
Cervantes misses with a takedown attempt - Junk sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Junk moves into the clinch.
Cervantes scores with an uppercut up the middle.

Cervantes is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Cervantes bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Junk's guard.
Junk wants to get back to his feet but Cervantes passes into half guard.
Cervantes perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Cervantes is working for a kimura but Junk is defending it quite comfortably.
Junk is refusing to be controlled, as Cervantes sits in half guard.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Cervantes, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
