Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Max Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kay Olubiy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Olubiy has chosen hitman as his entrance music. Olubiy has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Olubiy misses with a wild body shot.

Olubiy looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Jenkins keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Jenkins has control of Olubiy's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Olubiy regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
