Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Granat Xhaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Asdrubal Corachan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Corachan has chosen The Locomotion as his entrance music. Granat Xhaka has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Xhaka drives through and clinches with Corachan against the cage.

Xhaka escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Corachan falls off balance throwing a combination

and Xhaka counters by moving into the clinch.
Corachan has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Xhaka avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Xhaka pushes Corachan back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Xhaka scores with a nice hook to the head.

Corachan's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Corachan is trying to drag Xhaka to the mat but Xhaka just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Granat Xhaka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Asdrubal Corachan.
Xhaka lands a nice uppercut.

Corachan drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Corachan is trying to drag Xhaka to the mat but Xhaka just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Corachan goes for a takedown in the clinch but Xhaka prevents it.
Corachan is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Xhaka pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Xhaka creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Corachan with a big uppercut! Corachan tries to clinch up but Xhaka pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Corachan to the mat! Corachan covers up and Xhaka unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
