Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Hayato Yamamoto and Simon Adabisi. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And in the blue corner, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 1 losses; Simon Adabisi!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Franklyn Lucas and Columbo Gatti.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Adabisi moves into the clinch.
Yamamoto goes for a takedown attempt but Adabisi pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Adabisi looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Yamamoto is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Adabisi tries to pass the half guard into mount. Yamamoto knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Adabisi is looking to advance position but Yamamoto won't allow it.

Adabisi seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Adabisi wants to pass the guard but Yamamoto is defending well.
Adabisi takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Adabisi tries to pass the half guard into mount. Yamamoto knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Yamamoto tries to control Adabisi's body but Adabisi pushes him off. Yamamoto squirms to his side and now Adabisi has his back!

Adabisi has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Yamamoto's body.
Let's hope that Adabisi has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Yamamoto manages to reverse the position and now he's in Adabisi's guard. Nice work there by Yamamoto.
