Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Matt Quin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Siblas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quin comes to the cage accompanied by Captain Jack - Iko Iko. Siblas has chosen "Not Falling" by Mudvayne as his entrance music. Matt Quin is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Matt Quin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Siblas!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Siblas lands with a thumping leg kick.
Nice takedown defense from Quin. No joy for Siblas on that attempt.

Siblas connects with a leg kick. Quin looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Quin loads up on a big right hand but Siblas slips the punch.
Quin connects with a good right hand that stumbles Siblas. Siblas circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
A looping hook to the body misses from Quin. Siblas does a little dance to reset his feet.
Quin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Siblas.

and Quin counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Siblas is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Quin manages to break the clinch.
Siblas leaves Quin with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Quin swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Quin tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Siblas defends well and Quin ends up having to push Siblas into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Quin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Siblas but Siblas pushes him off and we're back to square one.

The fighters circle momentarily. Quin darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Siblas was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.

Quin shoots in and bounces Siblas off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Quin will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Quin is looking to work some ground and pound but Siblas has wrist control.

Quin fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Siblas on the side of the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Siblas throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Matt Quin will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Siblas lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Quin has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Quin and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Siblas takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Siblas is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Siblas lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Quin throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Siblas scores with the left hand. Quin knows he should have avoided that one.
Quin gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Siblas gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:44 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tony Siblas!
Tony Siblas tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
