Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Atlas Metaxas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Attila Skif (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Attila Skif was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Attila Skif!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skif cracks Metaxas with a right hand to the side of the head.
It looks like Atlas Metaxas has been cut.
Metaxas throws a low kick, looking for Skif's leg but Skif calmly moves out of range.
Metaxas slips a jab from Skif.
Skif connects with a crisp jab.
Metaxas lands with a shot to the body.
Metaxas tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Skif thinks about the counter body kick.
Skif misses with a straight right.
Metaxas ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Skif moves away.
A nice leg kick lands there from Metaxas.
Skif misses the body punch
and Metaxas counters with a body kick that stops Skif in his tracks momentarily.
Metaxas throws the left hand but Skif avoids the punch easily.
Skif circles away from the clinch attempt.
It seemed like Skif was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Metaxas throws a poor cross that misses
and Skif counters with a good, hard body kick but Metaxas shrugs it off.
Skif tries to land a front kick but Metaxas steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Skif connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A looping hook to the body misses from Skif. Metaxas does a little dance to reset his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Skif moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Skif throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Metaxas throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
A swing and a miss from Skif.
Skif lands a nice shot that snaps Metaxas's head back.
Skif just misses with a punch to the body.
Skif misses with a body shot.
Metaxas wants to clinch up but Skif keeps it at a distance.
Skif throws a nice inside leg kick.
A big left from Skif misses.
Metaxas went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Metaxas goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Metaxas lands a nice shot that snaps Skif's head back.
Metaxas just misses with a punch to the body.
Skif feints a counter leg kick.
Metaxas steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Skif.
Metaxas fires out a quick counter leg kick but Skif just manages to avoid it.
Skif bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Skif jabs Metaxas right on the nose. Metaxas blinks but takes it well.
A punch lands to the side of Metaxas 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Atlas Metaxas's cut is getting worse.
Skif swings for the body but Metaxas moves out of range.
Skif cracks Metaxas with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Skif has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Metaxas to stand back up!
Metaxas is rocked!
Metaxas throws a jab when Skif was well out of range.
Oh Metaxas is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Skif misses with an uppercut. Metaxas saw that one coming.
Metaxas on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Skif. Skif obviously looking to wear him down.
Skif cracks Metaxas with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Metaxas falls to his knees and Skif doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Attila Skif!
