Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Landon Walter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruno Haryanto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haryanto dives in and grabs Walter's left leg, looking for a takedown. Walter pushes down on Haryanto's head and hops out.
Haryanto is looking to clinch.
Walter blocks a head kick by Haryanto.
Haryanto doesn't manage to clinch there - Walter circles away.
Walter throws a big counter combination but Haryanto scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Haryanto closes the distance and clinches.
Haryanto is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Walter misses with a punch to the body.

Haryanto breaks from the clinch.
Walter really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

A right handed body shot lands from Haryanto.

Haryanto has Walter pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Haryanto pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Walter tumbling to the mat - Haryanto dives into Walter's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Haryanto decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

Walter avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Haryanto fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Walter wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

Walter seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

Horrible takedown attempt by Haryanto or perhaps it was just good defense by Walter, which made it look bad.

Walter regains half guard there - taking advantage of Haryanto's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.

Haryanto can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Walter is looking to escape.

Haryanto is working for a guillotine from mount but Walter frees his head quite easily.
Walter is looking to get to half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
