Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Secco Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ryan Poole!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones digs a good hook to Poole's body.
Jones defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Poole.
Jones has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Poole.
Poole with a lazy takedown attempt
and Jones counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Jones throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Poole throws out a counter right but Jones avoids it with no problem.
Jones is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Poole.
Poole is looking to clinch but Jones is avoiding it.
Poole changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but Poole manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Secco Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Poole.
Jones takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Poole has closed the distance and engaged Jones in a clinch.
Jones looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Poole jumps guard but Jones stands there with Poole around his waist. Poole gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Poole wants to clinch up but Jones keeps it at a distance.
Jones throwing a counter right hand but Poole manages to avoid it.
Poole walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Poole throws a solid leg kick but Jones takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Poole.
Jones throws a hook but Poole avoids it easily.
Poole shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Jones counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Jones gets tackled into the cage by Poole. Poole maintains the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jones is trying to break the clinch but Poole is controlling him.
Jones wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Poole breaks from the clinch.
Poole shoots in and drives through. Jones sprawls well.
Jones is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

It looks like Jones has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
