Coming up we have a featherweight kickboxing rules bout between Alfonso Valdez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Black Jesus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jesus is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Black Jesus. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jesus scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Valdez doesn't seem bothered though.

Jesus dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Valdez. That did some damage!

We've been informed that Jesus has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Jesus is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Valdez with a body shot.
Jesus seems to have recovered his senses.
Valdez uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jesus.
Valdez feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Jesus's calf.

Valdez fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Jesus has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Valdez swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Jesus tries a quick counter leg kick but Valdez is wise to it.

and before Jesus can reset, Valdez rushes him with a swarm of punches, sending him crashing to the floor, in all sorts of trouble! Jesus is trying to beat the count but we're up to 6 already and he's nowhere near. 7,8... he's up! He's going to continue!

Jesus throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

A chopping leg kick lands by Jesus.
Valdez plants his feet and throws a devastating head kick! It connects square on Jesus's ear and has knocked him out cold! No need for a count here as the referee immediately tends to a stricken Jesus, crumpled in the corner! Wow, what a finish!
