Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Boaty McBoatFace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Isamu Yamada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yamada has chosen Yoshida Brothers - Ibuki as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McBoatFace throws a looping overhand right but Yamada ducks down to avoid it.
Yamada uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from McBoatFace.
Yamada keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A nice inside leg kick there by Yamada. That's going to slow McBoatFace down.
Yamada scores with a punch to the head.
McBoatFace throws a body punch but Yamada moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A telegraphed right hand from McBoatFace misses the target.
McBoatFace waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Yamada.

and Yamada counters with a shoot takedown. McBoatFace fights it but they end up in guard.

McBoatFace keeping moving, preventing Yamada from controlling successfully.
McBoatFace is looking to stand up but Yamada isn't so interested in that idea.
Yamada advances to half guard.
Yamada throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Yamada tries to pass the half guard into mount. McBoatFace knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
McBoatFace's coaches at Cylon Training Academy have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.
Yamada passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for McBoatFace!
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Yamada is going oldschool here, as he tries to force McBoatFace to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so McBoatFace shrugs it off.

Yamada is working for a guillotine from mount but McBoatFace frees his head quite easily.

Yamada takes his opponent's back. Perhaps a chance to lock up a rear naked choke here.
McBoatFace wants to get back to his feet.
McBoatFace trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Yamada has managed to slip his arm under McBoatFace's chin. This could be all over... yep, McBoatFace is tapping out! Submission win for Yamada.
