Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ash Camble (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Eggman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dan Eggman is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ash Camble!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 18 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dan Eggman!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, William Peck and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eggman has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Eggman there as he acknowledges the shot.
Camble cracks a nice hook into Eggman's ribs.
Eggman throws a series of punches but Camble avoids them all with ease.
It looked like Camble was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Eggman.
Eggman wants to clinch up but Camble keeps it at a distance.
Eggman shoots in for a takedown but Camble shows good takedown defense.
Camble looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Camble lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
A lazy left from Camble finds it's target.
We've been hearing reports that Camble has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Eggman is trying hard to land a takedown here. Camble sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Camble was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Camble scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Camble dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Camble fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A looping hook to the body misses from Camble. Eggman does a little dance to reset his feet.
Eggman changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Camble avoids the head kick by Eggman.

Camble dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Camble throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Eggman is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Eggman misses with a combination
enabling Camble to counter with a crisp jab.
Eggman tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Camble defends well and Eggman ends up having to push Camble into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
It looked like Camble was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Eggman.
Ash Camble has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dan Eggman.
Camble connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Eggman takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Camble instigates a clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A nice right hand lands inside from Camble.
Camble lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Camble manages to break the clinch.
Camble lands the left hand.
Eggman dives in for a single leg takedown but Camble sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Camble connects with the punch.

Camble bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Camble connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Eggman tries for a takedown but Camble sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Eggman moves out of range of the strikes.
Camble scores with a jab to the body.
Camble fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Eggman manages to avoid it.

Camble moves into the clinch successfully.
Eggman tries to break free but Camble pushes him back against the cage.
Camble controlling the action here for a moment.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Camble.
Camble lands a nice uppercut.

Camble escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Camble throws a hook but Eggman avoids it easily.
Eggman feints the counter takedown.
Camble lands a glancing blow to the side of Eggman's head.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Camble keeps the fight on the outside.

Eggman clinches up against the cage.
Eggman blocks an uppercut.
Camble lands a nice uppercut.
A frustrated look appears on Eggman's face as he tries to break the clinch.
A body shot lands from Camble.
Still in the clinch, Camble scores with a nice short uppercut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Eggman tries to circle away but Camble has him pinned against the cage.
Eggman tries to pull guard but Camble holds him up against the cage and eventually Eggman drops back down to his feet.

Camble breaks from the clinch.
Eggman walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Camble connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ash Camble dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Eggman fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Camble is looking to counter punch.
Camble connects with a jab.
Eggman shoots and misses
letting Camble counter with a right hand.
Camble scores with a hook.
Camble swings for the body but Eggman moves out of range.
Eggman looks to clinch
and Camble counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.


Eggman is rocked!

Camble closes the distance and pushes Eggman back into the cage.
Eggman is still on wobbly legs! Can Camble finish him?
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Camble.
Eggman seems to have recovered his senses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Camble misses with the head strike.
Eggman wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Eggman.

Eggman looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
A right hand to the body from Camble.
Camble scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Camble slowing the pace effectively.
Eggman can't get the takedown.
Ash Camble has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dan Eggman.
Camble scores with a shoulder strike.
Eggman is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Camble is defending well for now.
Eggman tries to work over Camble's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Ash Camble has scored more points in the clinch so far.
Eggman is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Camble pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Eggman is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Camble to keep the fight standing.

Camble drops Eggman onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Eggman is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Camble creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Eggman with a big uppercut! Eggman tries to clinch up but Camble pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Eggman to the mat! Eggman covers up and Camble unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Ash Camble!
