Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Petros Prokopos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Tapout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mr Tapout has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Phil Schofield and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tapout throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Prokopos.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Prokopos shoots for a double leg takedown but Tapout sprawls well. He's pushed Prokopos's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Tapout changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Tapout enables Prokopos to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Tapout manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Prokopos sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Prokopos's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Prokopos slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Tapout wants to get back to his feet but Prokopos is dominant here and he's now got Tapout's back!

Prokopos is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Tapout has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Prokopos has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Tapout taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Prokopos doesn't care though - he's delighted!
