And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Taro Takaoka and Shirou Masuda.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

OLeary drives through and clinches with Holt against the cage.

Holt pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Holt tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but OLeary swivels and escapes.
OLeary is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Holt with a body shot.

OLeary moves into the clinch.
OLeary gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Holt.
A battle for position here, against the cage.

Holt pulls OLeary into guard.
OLeary wants to control from the top but Holt keeps moving.
OLeary trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
OLeary trying to control but Holt is working from the bottom.

OLeary drops back looking for a leg! Holt is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Holt manages to kick OLeary off! OLeary jumps back into Holt's guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
OLeary trying to control the position from guard on top but Holt is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Holt scores with a short punch from the bottom.
OLeary has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Holt is proving hard to escape from.
OLeary's corner is telling him to maintain position.

OLeary advances position into side control!
OLeary staying calm.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
It looks like OLeary might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

OLeary has hold of Holt's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Holt seems comfortable defending it but OLeary has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Holt is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Holt is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but OLeary couldn't care less - he's delighted!
