Narushima closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Sloane is looking to break free of the clinch but Narushima has double underhooks.
Narushima connects with a knee to the head.
It looks like Frank Sloane has been cut.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Narushima working the clinch nicely. Sloane is working for position but Narushima cracks him with a big knee to the head! Sloane crumples up against the cage and Narushima lands two more shots before the ref can save Sloane! This one is all over!
