The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rice shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ollila pinned against the cage. Ollila gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Nice sprawl there from Ollila as Rice shoots in.
Ollila plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

The fight stays on the outside here - Rice looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Despite being in the dominant position, Ville Ollila just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Ollila fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Rice.
