Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Yoshihiro Asai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sandayu Momochi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asai uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Donk. Asai catches Momochi right on the button with a cross.
Momochi shoots for a takedown but Asai saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Momochi tries to score a power double leg takedown but Asai sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Momochi somewhat.

Momochi might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
