The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferreira tries to score with a low kick but Hamidovich Saitiev moves his leg out of the way.
Hamidovich Saitiev ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ferreira moves away.
Hamidovich Saitiev connects with a crisp jab.
Ferreira shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hamidovich Saitiev pinned against the cage. Hamidovich Saitiev gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ferreira shoots in for a double leg but Hamidovich Saitiev sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Hamidovich Saitiev throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ferreira was covering up waiting for the punch and Hamidovich Saitiev finishes the takedown easily into guard.
