Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Van Diesel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Sweet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sweet comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ain't No Rest for the Wicked kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Daniel Franklin and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diesel closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Sweet to the mat! Sweet manages to get full guard.
Sweet wants to get back to his feet but Diesel passes into half guard.
Diesel is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Sweet is trying to stand back up but Diesel is controlling him

Sweet throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Sweet is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

It looks like Roger Sweet has been cut.
Sweet bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Diesel looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Diesel fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Sweet uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Diesel.
Diesel moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Sweet sizes up Diesel with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Diesel instigates a clinch.
Sweet is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Sweet just leaning against Diesel, taking a breather.
Sweet scores with a nice hook to the head.

Diesel lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Diesel tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Sweet just stands there and leans against the cage.
Diesel manages to break the clinch.

Diesel gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Sweet throws a right and a left that Diesel avoids nicely.
Diesel avoids the head kick by Sweet.
Sweet throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Diesel is breathing heavily.

Sweet scores with a jab to the body.
Sweet rushes Diesel and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Sweet cracks Diesel with a nice body shot.
Sweet lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Sweet lands with a short shot to the head.

Sweet is working Diesel over against the cage.

Sweet slows down the pace here.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sweet tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Sweet misses with the head strike.

Diesel's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Sweet breaks from the clinch.
Sweet uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Diesel is rocked!
Sweet connects with a superb combination that knocks Diesel out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Sweet before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Diesel!
