Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Li Lianjie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Max Adams was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams is looking to land body kicks.
Lianjie clobbers Adams with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Lianjie is looking to control Adams's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Lianjie avoid being mounted?

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Adams passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Lianjie!

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Lianjie defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Adams.
Lianjie is looking to improve his position but Adams isn't that keen on the idea.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Lianjie, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
